Kenyon Pierre shares his story…
Church Elder, St. Vincent, and the Grenadines
Tell us a bit about yourself.
I am an elder in the Seventh-day Adventist Church where I live. A retired Civil servant, married with two adult children and a grandson.
How did you hear about HopeLives365 Online University?
I was browsing the Internet searching for Bible study material to use with non-Adventists.
What specific factor(s) influenced your decision to enroll in our online courses?
My interest in Bible work and evangelism as a whole. Gathering materials/information that would help me in presentations to both religious and secular audiences.
How have you used the information you learned from your courses; either in your personal life, witnessing for Christ, ministry, or helping others?
I copied materials and use them in sharing/working with non-Seventh-day Adventists as a form of witnessing. I also use the material from the online courses in presentations and sermons as necessary.
Share an experience where you were able to use the information you received from your courses to witness to someone or to improve your ministry for Christ.
On the whole aspect of preaching, not just prophetic, I used materials gleaned from the online courses to enhance many of my sermons during a two-week evangelistic campaign/crusade I did in November 2020.
If you could give only one reason, why would you suggest other students enroll in our online courses?
The courses are informative, practical, relevant and applicable. Information shared is witnessing friendly.
