How do I join the webinar?
A day before the webinar/live-course begins, you will receive an email from us reminding you of the webinar. The email will provide the instructions for you to access the webinar. Simply follow the instructions in the email to join the webinar. You can do this from any mobile device or computer with Internet access.
How early should I arrive?
Plan to arrive 10-minutes before the advertised start time of the webinar so you can check technical and system requirements and perform the necessary self-test on your device.
You will waste time if you do not do this in advance of the webinar as the instructor(s) will start promptly at the advertised start time .

How can I have the best quality experience watching the webinar on my computer?
Webinars are essentially audio PLUS video and can take up a lot of computer resources. It is recommended that you close all other software applications that are running (close your email, word processor, and any additional tabs you have open in your browser, like social media websites or video sites) to free up your computer resources.
Also, make sure you are not uploading or downloading anything during the webinar so that the audio and video can use your internet bandwidth to give you the best possible experience.
Can I watch the webinar on an iPad, iPhone, Android or other mobile device?
We use the ZOOM platform for our webinars and meetings.
Apple’s iPhone, iPad users: Download the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app from the Apple store and install it on your iPhone/iPad/iOS device. To join the webinar, launch the app on your iPhone/iPad/iOS device and enter the webinar ID you received from us. You can also login to your HopeLives365 Online University account, go to the webinar course on the My Courses page, and get the webinar ID from the course or from its lesson.

I can't attend the live webinar event. Is there any way to watch it later?
All our FREE webinars/live-courses are recorded. 5-7 days after the webinar, all the course material will be available in the HopeLives365 Online University’s course catalog of inspirational courses for review at your convenience. There may be a small cost for the enrollment to access the recorded webinar/live-course, which helps us to cover the associated production fees.
How do I ask a question during the webinar? Will my question be answered during the presentation?
You can ask a question(s) during the webinar by typing it into the question box that appears on your webinar screen. The instructor(s) will answer as many questions as possible during the 15-minute Question and Answer period scheduled at the end of the webinar.
The attendees of our webinars are from many countries across the globe, so we suggest that when asking a question, you should identify your country. If you are from the United States, please identify your state.
Can I invite someone to the webinar?
The material presented in our FREE webinars is biblical and inspirational. Combined with the Holy Spirit’s power it can help people to make decisions for Christ. By inviting a family member, friend, colleague or neighbor to enroll for one or more of our FREE webinars or other courses you participate in personal outreach and evangelism.
We suggest becoming a host to a Webinar Viewing Event. Invite others to your home or church, and put the webinar on the big screen and turn up the volume of the speakers. Simply connect your laptop or computer to a projector or HD television. You’ll need a VGA Cable to connect to a projector. Use an HDMI Cable to connect to your HD Television. Crank up the sound. Connect the speakers to your computer so your audience can hear the webinar clearly.
What do I receive at the conclusion of the webinar?
As a registered student of HopeLives365 Online University, you receive access to all materials presented during the webinar and FREE enrollment to the webinar replay course.
At the conclusion of the webinar replay course, you may be asked to complete the student feedback for the course and take a brief quiz to test your understanding of the material presented during the webinar.
