Hello Dr DeRose.
Thank you for this very helpful information.
I'm looking for to the rest of the course.
I haven't been diagnosed with diabetes or blood pressure but I do want to learn to eat and live more healthy to not get to a point where I might get it. My mom had high blood pressure and was diabetic and had heart disease passed on from family history with heart disease. She passed away in 2013 when an aneurism burst in her brain. My dad has low blood pressure when not eating properly as do I. I tend to have more of a low bp but I know with better nutrition and exercise I can overcome it all.
My husband also has high bp and gets treatment for that. I hope I can manage to get him to go along with me on this new challenge.
Thank you for making it possible to learn from you.
